CTO · Combat Veteran · AI Innovator

Chief Technology Officer and AI strategist in the managed services industry. U.S. Army combat veteran turned technology leader, focused on bridging the gap between enterprise AI strategy and MSP operational reality. Builder of tools that prove value before they pitch it.

“Methodology over toolstack. Build to prove, not to pitch. If it doesn’t integrate, it doesn’t count.”

RAPID Innovation Methodology

A structured framework for turning emerging technology into operational value. Developed from years of real-world deployments across banking, healthcare, manufacturing, and municipal clients — where theory meets the ticket queue.

Elisha Leadership Code

Faith-based leadership principles that anchor both professional practice and personal growth. Leading from the inside out — not just with strategy, but with character.

See Beyond
Anticipate what others overlook. The best leaders operate on a different horizon.
Ask Boldly
Pursue what seems impossible. Double portions don't come from safe requests.
Serve Faithfully
Lead through consistent service. Influence follows reliability.
Restore Relentlessly
Rebuild what's broken. Healing systems and teams is leadership work.
Lead Calmly
Steady presence in chaos. When the situation escalates, the leader de-escalates.

Military Service

U.S. Army Combat Engineer (MOS 12B), achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant. Deployed to Iraq in support of combat operations. Served as Senior Instructor at the Counter Explosive Hazards Center, Fort Leonard Wood — training the next generation of engineers to operate under pressure where the margin for error is zero.

The discipline, mission clarity, and rapid decision-making from military service directly inform the RAPID methodology and every leadership decision made since.

How I Work

Speed over polish in the prototype phase. Render before committing. Screenshots over verbal descriptions. Work within existing structures before proposing new ones.

Every tool I build follows the same rule: if it can’t integrate into the operational stack, it doesn’t ship. Innovation that lives in a slide deck is a hobby — innovation that lives in production is strategy.

I believe managed service providers are the most underleveraged distribution channel for AI in the enterprise. The MSP that masters AI delivery wins the next decade.
